1.the quality of the line

Shuttle bed reasons are mainly divided into three categories:①shuttle bed has burrs (wear), easy to break, wool, with 1200 fine sand paper grinding smooth, shuttle bed wear can only be replaced.②Embroidery machine shuttle bed and needle spacing size, such as too large or too small will also lead to yarn, broken thread, missing needles, indirectly lead to broken needles, the normal gap is generally about 0.1 ~ 0.3mm. ③Check whether the spindle is fixed at 201° spinning shuttle, spinning shuttle needle to completely wrap the needle rod, if the deviation is too much in front or back, it is easy to break the thread, yarn, and can not afford the bottom line.

5.machine pressure foot
The embroidery machine press foot is too high, the machine will break the thread, miss the needle, too low, the embroidery effect is not full enough. In general, the height of the press foot to the needle plate is about 0.8mm ~ 1.0mm.

6. Ground line tension
The bottom line tension is abnormal. The bottom line tension is 20 ~ 35 grams, and the surface line tension is 100 ~ 130 grams. The bottom line from the bottom of the embroidery should account for 1/3, and the surface line should account for 2/3.
