A: For standard models there is no minimum - most customers start with a single machine.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Standard models typically ship in 10 days after deposit.
Q: Do you provide training and installation support?
A: Yes. Remote installation support, operator training and maintenance documentation are included free of charge.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: 3 years for the main parts of the machine, with genuine spare parts available fast.
Q: Can you customize the machine for our market?
A: Yes - send us your requirements and our engineers will confirm feasibility.
Q: Which payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T, and other terms can be discussed for established partners.
Q: How do I know the machine quality before ordering?
A: Request a live video factory tour and a test-embroidery sample with your own design file. We will run it and record it for you.
