Delivery term: Production takes around 13 days ship within 7-10days after receiving 100% payment 
Payment term: 30% TT advance payment before production, 70% TT remaining balance before shipping.

1.   Pre-sale & in-sale service s

Offer consulting service, sample's process experiment , equipment selection, training and the installation to the engineers and the user of the buyer.
 
1) Training : after the acceptance check by the buyer, the supplier offer the free training for 2-3 operators and maintenance persons of the buyer.
2) Training and installation time is 3-5 days
3) Installation & adjustment : When the buyer receives the equipment, the supplier install and adjusts the equipment with buyer's assistance on site then finally deliver it to the buyer.
 
 2.    After-sale services
 
Our company offer One-year warranty and lifetime maintenance for the buyer , during the warrantyperiod, if there is any fault in the course of using the equipment (except the man-made factors and factors other than force majeure), we offer free maintenance, the parts which need to change also provided by us(except the consumable parts) . After the warranty period, we will charge appropriately according to the maintenance situation.
